  • Q: What are your estimated shipping delivery times?
  • A: We offer worldwide shipping with the following estimated delivery times:
    • Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan: Approximately 10-15 business days.
    • Japan, Korean, Singapore: Approximately 7 business days.
    • USA: Approximately 8-14 business days.
    • Canada: Approximately 9-15 business days.
    • United Kingdom, Spain, Australia: Approximately 7 business days.
    • Mainland Europe: Approximately 8-12 business days.
    • Certain Northern European Countries: Approximately 10-15 business days.

Please note: These are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

 

  • Q: What is your return or exchange policy regarding shipped items?
  • A: Please note that once an item has been shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges related to logistics issues. And we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom products!

 

Product Care & Handling (Wool Felt Products & Custom Felt Pet Twisters)

  • Q: How should I care for my wool felt product or custom felt twister?
  • A: To ensure your felted item stays in great condition, please follow these guidelines:
    • Cleaning:
      • Do not wash with water or soak the product.
      • For light cleaning or spot treatment, you can use a small amount of toothpaste on a soft toothbrush. Gently brush the affected area. Clean the toothbrush with the water and gently brush it with the toothbrush.
      • After cleaning, allow the item to air dry naturally. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight for extended periods.
    • Maintenance:
      • If the felted fibers (fur) become messy or disheveled, gently stroke them smooth with your fingers.
      • For any stray fibers or minor tangles, you can carefully trim them with small scissors.
    • Handling:
      • Avoid violent squeezing or applying excessive force to the product.

 

  • Q: Can the felt twister be posed or moved?
  • A: Yes, many of our felted figures, including the custom Pet Felt Twisters, have internal wire structures (e.g., within the limbs or mouth area) that allow for some pose ability and gentle movement.

 

  • Q: Is shedding normal?
  • A: Slight shedding may occur during normal handling and play. This is natural for wool felt products.

 

  • Q: Are these products handmade? What about imperfections?
  • A: Yes, all our wool felt products and custom felt twisters are handmade. As such, slight variations in appearance or minor imperfections may be present. These are characteristic of the handmade process and add to the unique charm of each item. Please understand and appreciate these unique qualities.

 

  • Q: Are your products safe for young children?
  • A: No, this product is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. It contains small parts that could pose a choking hazard. If you really want to buy these products for your kid over 3 years old, you need to guide them properly. If not, we don't take responsible for our products causing any danger to your kids!
